About the Author
Tom White was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. He practiced milieu therapy and behavior modification and trained in group therapy with Psychiatrists at a private psychiatric hospital. Studies and practices included various yoga and meditation techniques with Lilias Folan, Ram Dass, and Paramahansa Yogananda’s Self-Realization Fellowship. At Emory University, he studied meditation and Christian and World mysticism.
He attended seminars on the Silva Method, from Robert Monroe at his Monroe Institute, the Ashram du Kriya Yoga de Babaji, the Meher Spiritual Center, The Theosophical Society, with Gregg Braden, Dr. Kenneth Wapnick, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Deepak Chopra, Neale Donald Walsch, Dr. Wayne Dyer, David Hawkins, Esther Hicks (Abraham), Gary Renard, and Marianne Williamson.
Tom is certified in Reiki I-III. He taught hatha yoga, meditation, and nutrition and led study groups in The Way of Mastery.
He attended study groups on dream interpretation, The Urantia Book, Conversations with God, A Course in Miracles, The Way of Mastery, and Paul Selig’s I Am the Word trilogies.
Further studies include metaphysics, Eastern philosophy and religion, and the life and teachings of ascended masters Babaji Nagaraj, Vivekananda, Anandamayi Ma, Buddha, Lao Tzu, Saint Germain, Adama, Mary Magdalene, and Jeshua ben Joseph. He has studied the teachings of Deities Sri Krishna, Shiva, Quan Yin, and Lakshmi.
